Title Digital Inclusion And The Elderly : The Case of Online Banking

Abstract Digital inclusion is recognized as a significant issue in the UK. In this paper we study the challenges that are faced by the older generation in the digital world. We survey a group of elderly users and identify issues that prevent them from engaging with digital technology. We discuss the role of NLP for improving perception of usability and ensuring optimal experience.
