Accommodation Information and Registration: Booking Confirmation

As soon as the accommodation form is e-mailed by the applicant to liagramo@internet.gr (Elsa Liakakou), or faxed to No +301 8078342, a provisional booking will be made in the first available hotel room of your choice.
Confirmation of the provisional booking will then be e-mailed (or faxed) back to the applicant, indicating the total room cost and the amount of the 30% deposit. The latter will have to be paid by the applicant within 30 days from the provisional booking confirmation.
If neither deposit or any other proof of payment is received within this 30-day period, the reservation will be cancelled, and a new reservation procedure will have to be followed.
