When
filling the accommodation form, please note the following:
1. HOTEL
CHOICE
Please list hotels of your choice according to your preference.
2. CHOOSING
SINGLE/DOUBLE/TRIPLE ROOM The prices for single and double rooms are shown
on the relevant Hotel Conference plan. The prices of a triple room are not
shown but can be easily derived proportionally. In any case, if a triple etc.
room is required, and when the provisional Hotel Confirmation will be e-mailed
(or faxed) back to the applicant the exact hotel rate for triple or (in some
cases) for quadruple occupancy will be indicated in detail.
3. PAYMENTS
There are two payments involved:
a. Minimum Deposit 30% of total Hotel cost which should be paid within
30 days from dispatch back to the applicant of the relevant "Hotel
reservation confirmation". As soon as deposit is received the Hotel
reservation will be finalised.
Paying the
Deposit
The deposit may be paid either by BANK TRANSFER to the LREC 2000-MOEL account
as shown in the accommodation form, or by POSTAL or MONEY ORDER SENT TO MOEL
CONFERENCES, or by debiting a credit card according to instructions shown on
the accommodation form.
b. Balance
which should be preferably paid in full by 10th of May 2000, or latest on
arrival at the Conference.
Paying
the balance
The balance can be paid either by BANK TRANSFER to the LREC 2000-MOEL account
as shown in the accommodation form, or by POSTAL or MONEY ORDER SENT TO MOEL
CONFERENCES, or by debiting a credit card according to instructions shown on
the accommodation form, or by cash on arrival.
Please make
sure that you indicate all intended payment procedures in the accommodation
form under heading No 14 titled PAYMENTS.
4. RECEIPTS/INVOICES.
Receipts and/or invoices will be issued on arrival at the Conference. Proforma
Invoices may be issued prior to the Conference on request.
